China is out of Lily’s 2008 litter, sired by Ch Whisperwind My Deer Heart’s Desire. She is pictured here at 11 months. China is co-owned and co-bred by myself and Linda Blackie. Ch Whisperwind Valley Personality "Lily" Lily, Ch Whisperwind Valley Personality, is our baby girl. She has been the most wonderful show dog I could ever have hoped for. From the time she was seven months old, her ring presence was a phenomenon. She never put a foot down incorrectly and would show for anyone, anywhere. Lily excels in type, style and carriage. She has a beautiful headpiece and the prettiest of dark almond-shaped eyes. She can be a real handful around the house, but she has proven to be the best show dog anyone could imagine. My granddaughter, Mackenzi, is Lily's biggest fan. As soon as Mackenzi is in the door, she runs to Lily's crate to let her out so they can chase each other around the house. Playing usually ends with Mackenzi hugging and kissing Lily before finally taking a break. Lily started with a four-point major, followed by a three-point major, two BOV, and two Group 2 placements. Her show career was off and running. In April 2006, she was the #12 Standard Poodle all-breed, and this was from the classes! Lily went on to win a third major, and more BOV wins over specials, and finished in September 2006. Lily was shown at Westminster Kennel Club in February 2007.
